As a yoga instructor and fitness editor with a 42G bra size, I often need my bra to be comfortable enough for me to wear it for more than 12 hours a day. This way I can exercise in the morning, test the latest fitness products, and then teach in the evening.
When I do exercises such as Pilates, yoga or strength training, I don’t necessarily want to feel like I’m wearing a high-intensity sports bra against my chest. The low-impact sports bra can hold everything in place very well, while keeping the weight of the boulder on my chest away from my shoulders.
